You must use Eligi5.com only for lawful and legitimate educational purposes.

You must not use the Platform to violate applicable laws, engage in fraudulent or misleading activities, promote illegal activities, buy, sell, or promote illegal or regulated goods or services, share stolen or unauthorized examination materials, distribute examination cheats or unauthorized answer keys, manipulate examination results, rankings, assessments, or analytics, interfere with the normal operation of Eligi5.com, or use the Platform to harm, deceive, exploit, or impersonate another person.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Eligi5.com complies with applicable laws and these User Guidelines.

Eligi5.com is intended to be a safe environment for learning and educational guidance.

You must not upload, share, transmit, or promote content that encourages or glorifies violence, threatens physical or emotional harm, encourages dangerous or reckless behaviour, contains instructions intended to facilitate harmful activities, is sexually explicit or inappropriate for an educational environment, or is otherwise abusive, threatening, or seriously objectionable.

Eligi5 may remove content that it reasonably believes creates a safety risk or is inappropriate for the Platform.

Eligi5 encourages students and mentors to exchange ideas, ask questions, disagree constructively, and learn from one another.

Differences of opinion are acceptable. Abuse and hate are not.

You must not use Eligi5.com to publish or communicate content that promotes hatred or hostility, contains abusive, threatening, or degrading language, defames or deliberately spreads false allegations, encourages discrimination, attacks a person or group based on protected or other personal characteristics, or encourages others to harass, exclude, threaten, or harm another person.

Educational discussions should remain respectful and focused on learning.

Eligi5.com must remain a supportive environment for students and mentors. Harassment, intimidation, bullying, or targeted abuse is not permitted.

This includes repeatedly sending unwanted or abusive messages, humiliating or intentionally targeting another student or mentor, threatening another person, making sexually inappropriate comments or advances, sexual harassment or sexual bullying, sharing another person's private information without authorization, creating content specifically intended to embarrass, intimidate, or harm another person, encouraging other users to target or harass someone, or repeatedly contacting someone after they have asked you to stop.

Mentors are expected to maintain appropriate professional boundaries with students at all times.

Eligi5.com should not be used for unsolicited or repetitive promotional activity.

You must not send repetitive or unwanted messages, post irrelevant promotional content across multiple areas of the Platform, use student or mentor interactions primarily to generate unrelated traffic, send unsolicited advertisements or commercial offers, post links designed primarily to redirect users to unrelated websites, distribute malware or harmful links, or use automated systems to generate spam or unwanted communications.

Educational resources and legitimate recommendations should be relevant to the discussion and shared responsibly.

Eligi5.com has zero tolerance for scams and fraudulent activity.

You must not use the Platform to trick students, parents, mentors, or other users for financial gain; request money using false claims; promise guaranteed examination ranks, admissions, scholarships, or employment; make false claims about academic qualifications or examination performance; conduct fraudulent transactions; extort or blackmail another user; threaten to publish private information unless money or another benefit is provided; or misrepresent an affiliation with a college, university, examination authority, coaching institute, or Eligi5.com.

Users should be particularly careful of anyone making unrealistic guarantees regarding examination results or admissions.

Respecting the privacy of students, mentors, parents, and other users is essential.

You must not collect, publish, distribute, or misuse another person's personal information without appropriate authorization.

This includes phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, login credentials, passwords or OTPs, financial information, private conversations, personal documents, identity documents, academic records, certificates or scorecards, photographs or videos shared privately, and other sensitive or personally identifiable information.

Do not ask another user to share passwords, OTPs, or account credentials.

Users must provide truthful information about their identity and qualifications where required. Impersonating another person or organization is not permitted.

This includes pretending to be another Eligi5 user, an Eligi5 employee or representative, a mentor or educational professional, a student or parent, a college or university representative, an examination authority, a coaching institute, or another educational organization.

You must not use another person's name, photograph, documents, certificates, scorecards, academic achievements, logos, or other identifying information in a way that falsely suggests that you are that person or organization.

Mentors must accurately represent their educational qualifications, examination experience, achievements, and mentoring experience.

Eligi5 exists to support genuine learning and preparation.

Users must not use the Platform to facilitate academic dishonesty or examination malpractice.

This includes cheating in practice tests, sharing answers during assessments where prohibited, using unauthorized assistance to manipulate test results, sharing confidential examination materials obtained without authorization, selling or distributing stolen examination papers, misrepresenting practice-test scores or academic achievements, helping another person falsely represent their academic performance, or attempting to manipulate rankings, analytics, or progress data.

Practice tests and assessments should be used as tools for genuine learning and improvement.

Mentors play an important role in the Eligi5 ecosystem and are expected to maintain a professional and student-focused relationship.

Mentors must provide guidance honestly and in good faith, respect student privacy, maintain appropriate professional boundaries, avoid discriminatory or abusive behaviour, avoid making misleading guarantees about examination results or admissions, clearly distinguish personal opinions from official information, avoid presenting themselves as representatives of an examination authority or educational institution unless legitimately authorized to do so, and provide guidance appropriate to the student's educational goals and circumstances.

Students are also expected to communicate respectfully with mentors and use mentoring sessions for legitimate educational purposes.

Eligi5 and its mentors may provide educational guidance, preparation strategies, practice resources, and mentoring support.

However, no mentor or user may represent that participation in Eligi5 guarantees a specific examination rank, particular score, admission to a specific college or university, scholarship, selection in an entrance examination, employment, or any other guaranteed outcome.

Every student's preparation journey is different, and examination and admission outcomes depend on many factors outside the control of Eligi5 or its mentors.

You must not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to Eligi5.com or its underlying systems.

You must not attempt to access another user's account, access restricted administrative areas, circumvent authentication or security mechanisms, introduce viruses, malware, spyware, ransomware, or other harmful code, conduct denial-of-service or similar attacks, use automated tools to overload or disrupt the Platform, scrape, copy, or systematically collect Platform data without authorization, reverse engineer or attempt to compromise Platform security, interfere with another user's access to the Platform, or attempt to manipulate Platform rankings, analytics, tests, or other systems.

You must not use bots, scripts, or other automated mechanisms to abuse or disrupt the Platform.
