These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Eligi5 ("Eligi5", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), including our website, student, mentor and admin portals, entrance exam practice tests, and college discovery tools. By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using any part of Eligi5, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 14; continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
Eligi5 is a single platform to discover, prepare, and get in — helping students plan their academic journey. The Platform allows registered users to:
- Search and browse colleges, courses, and entrance exams;
- View college details such as courses offered, eligibility, fees, and linked entrance exams;
- Take practice tests for supported entrance exams;
- Track application journeys, analytics, and progress through a student dashboard;
- Connect with mentors registered on the Platform for guidance; and
- Manage their account, subscription, and preferences.
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time without prior notice, and we do not guarantee that any specific feature will remain available indefinitely.
3. Eligibility & Registration
To create a student account, you must provide accurate information, including your name, email address, phone number, highest qualification, and areas of interest. We verify accounts using a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Platform with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
4. Student, Mentor & Admin Roles
Eligi5 supports multiple account types — Student, Mentor, and Admin — each with different access levels and responsibilities. Mentor accounts are expected to provide guidance in good faith and in accordance with any additional mentor guidelines shared separately. Admin accounts are restricted to authorized Eligi5 personnel for platform management and are not available for public self-registration.
5. Fees & Payments
Certain features of the Platform, such as full registration or premium access, may require payment of a fee, as shown to you at the time of checkout. All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway; Eligi5 does not store your full card or bank details. Prices, discounts, and offers displayed on the Platform may change at any time and are only guaranteed for transactions completed at the time they were shown to you.
As the products and services provided by the company are digital in nature, all purchases are generally considered final. Once a digital product, service, subscription, course, assessment, or other digital content has been purchased and access has been provided to the customer, the company will not be able to offer a refund.
Customers are requested to carefully review the product or service details, features, pricing, and terms and conditions before completing their purchase.
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as a duplicate payment or a technical error caused by the company's systems, subject to verification and approval by the company.
By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy.
6. Practice Tests & Entrance Exams
Practice tests, mock exams, and related question content available on Eligi5 are provided for preparation and self-assessment purposes only. Eligi5 is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of any entrance exam conducting authority named or listed on the Platform. Scores, rankings, or analytics generated from practice tests are indicative only and do not guarantee performance in any official examination.
7. College & Course Information
College, course, fee, accreditation, and entrance-exam information displayed on Eligi5 is compiled for general informational purposes and may not always reflect the most current details published by the respective institutions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information. Always verify admission-critical details — such as fees, eligibility, and deadlines — directly with the official college or university before making any decisions.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or impersonated information during registration;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or to any non-public area of the Platform;
- Copy, scrape, or redistribute Platform content (including college data or exam questions) without permission;
- Upload or transmit malicious code, or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform; or
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
9. Intellectual Property
The Eligi5 name, logo, website design, and original content (including compiled college datasets and practice-test question banks) are the property of Eligi5 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use of the Platform as intended.
10. Third-Party Services
Eligi5 relies on trusted third-party providers to operate certain features — for example, email delivery for account verification and SMS delivery for OTP verification. Where the Platform links to an official entrance-exam page or an external college website, that destination is operated independently of Eligi5, and we are not responsible for its content or availability.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eligi5 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to decisions made based on college information, practice-test performance, or mentor guidance.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that harms Eligi5, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Eligi5 after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
